It can be overwhelming to figure out how to get started on your fitness goals. What is the best kind of workout? Will this work with my schedule? Will this fit in my budget? Will I like it? Will I fit in?
Step 1: Strategy Session
We like to start everyone with a free, no obligation strategy session. We show you the gym and talk in depth about you and your goals. What have you done in the past? What’s worked? What hasn’t? What are you looking to accomplish now and what has been your greatest obstacle? This is a conversation that is totally about YOU and what we can do to help you. This is when you will figure out what is the best way to get to your particular goals.
Step 2: Intro Period
We are a different kind of gym. Even if you jump right into one of our memberships, all of our membership agreements have a 21 day grace period. Our lawyer tells us we are being generous but we have important things to figure out during that time. Whether you do a 21 Day Fit Start or you are using your grace period in your membership this is the time to figure out if you can make time in your schedule for our program, make sure it fits your budget, and make sure you like it.
We do what works and we stand by the results of our system of fitness, nutrition, and accountability. We will measure your results on our InBody scanner. You won’t achieve long term goals in this time but if you stick to our program you will move the needle in the right direction. You will see what we can do for you.
Step 3: Membership
Your membership is the ultimate solution to your problem. It is the tool that gets you to your goal. If we have done our jobs up to this point you know this solution will move you towards your goal, you know you can make time in your schedule for it, you know you can budget for it, and you know you like it.
