Cindy gets super strong!

Member appreciation month is in full swing at On Target Fitness here in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This month we are featuring some of our AWESOME members and highlighting one of the best things about our gym: the fun, supportive, and great community of people! This week, we are talking about Cindy!

Cindy joined with us at the beginning of the year in January and started training in our Small Group PT program. She has a great impact on the people she trains with, always has a smile on her face, and has made great strides in her mobility, push ups, pull ups, and of course her big lifts! In her last 12 week training block she posted a 40 % increase on her Trap Bar Deadlift and a 18 % improvement on her Front Squat! Here’s what she had to say:

“Building strength is an important goal of mine. The Small Group PT classes have been an excellent addition to my training regimen due to its tailored programming, knowledgeable coaches, and supportive small group environment. The programming is customized to goals I make under guidance of the On Target coaches and is frequently updated to account for my progress.

Additionally, the coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. They work hard to help me achieve optimal results and none of my questions go unanswered. The small group environment is also supportive and fun. I receive plenty one-on-one attention from the coach, but I am also able to learn from and find inspiration in other athletes’ progress. It’s the perfect balance.

I also supplement my small group training with the larger group training sessions (Bootcamp, TRX, Kickbox, Yoga). I enjoy the opportunity to join the larger classes because they help me stay connected with our larger gym community. Thanks to On Target Fitness, I am stronger, healthier, and happier. I highly recommend the Small Group PT classes for any athlete at any fitness level!”
