Here is what you will need…Hidden Greens Smoothie
Makes 1 Smoothie
-½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries or raspberries
-½ of a sliced frozen banana
-1 to 2 cups Kale and/or Spinach
-1 scoop vanilla or natural flavored plant protein powder
