Join the Revolution!  It is time to put an end to new years resolutions that never actually result in you being in better shape.  Don’t spend another January waiting in line to use a crummy treadmill!  Our 8 Week Revolution will give you all the tools you need to get in shape, lose fat, eat better, and lay a solid foundation on which to build a turbo charged year of fitness!  It is time.  2017 is your year!
The challenge includes:
  • Unlimited team training
  • Weekly individual food log analysis
  • Weekly meetings with exercise and nutrition advice as well as special workouts
  • Compete in 3 categories: workouts completed, Effort (measured using the MyZone monitor and app), and nutrition

  • Get expert coaching in exercise and nutrition while being a part of a fun, supportive community.

$29/week for members.  $59/week for non members plus $79 for the MyZone Heart rate monitor.
