Elyse FairburnYoga Instructor
Elyse is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the International Yoga Alliance. She started practicing yoga 10 years ago to help with dance and other workouts that she did, but then after becoming addicted to the practice, she decided to obtain her teaching certification. Her classes also have music to help you flow and to start or end your day. Aside from yoga, Elyse loves running, spinning, any HIIT or bootcamp style workout, and creating new and innovative ways to eat clean using fresh food ingredients, which she has turned into a business with her husband.
