Alec Liberman

Owner and Trainer

Alec Liberman is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience as a personal trainer and as a leader. From 2006-2009 he attended the University of Maine where he was a personal trainer for the Umaine Recreational Center and a midshipman in Navy ROTC. As a Midshipman he led many Physical Training (PT) sessions and wrote the entire PT program for his unit in 2009. He received awards for physical and academic excellence during this time. Upon graduation in 2009 he commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. After two deployments to Afghanistan and promotion to Captain he exited active service in 2013 to pursue a career in fitness.

Erin Martineau, RD, LD

Nutritionist

Erin Martineau is a CDR Registered Dietitian with experience in a variety of nutrition fields, including medical nutrition therapy, writing an e-book on Superfoods, and workplace wellness. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Samford University in 2013 and completed the Dietetic Internship at the University of New Hampshire in 2014. Erin's passion is using evidenced-based strategies to help busy professionals, active individuals, and those seeking healthy change by dietary improvement for a healthier lifestyle.

Haylee Colannino

Trainer / Nutrition Intern

Haylee Colannino is a ACE Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience teaching group fitness classes including bootcamp, cycling, kettlebell strength, and cardio kickboxing. She is currently studying Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of New Hampshire in hopes of becoming a registered dietitian. Haylee looks forward to her growing career in fitness and sports nutrition."

Ryan Yurista

Trainer

Ryan Yurista is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a wide variety of experiences in sport, fitness, and total body wellness. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 2011, he took his Nutrition degree and started to coach people to change where they need it the most: their health. As a college athlete, his passion for growth and human performance led him into the fitness industry, where he is able influence people in all facets of training. His other certifications include Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach and FMS Level 2.

Cheryl Penaskovic

Yoga Instructor

Cheryl is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the International Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing intermediate and advanced yoga for more than a decade, and obtained her yoga certification in the jungle of Costa Rica in January 2016.  Cheryl's style incorporates creative vinyasa-style sequencing, challenging peak poses including balances and inversions meant for all levels, along with an upbeat soundtrack to kickstart your day. Aside from yoga, Cheryl loves running outside, spin, barre, TRX, and bootcamp classes. She also finds herself at Planet Fitness Headquarters 5 days per week in the Marketing department working with Planet Fitness franchisees.

Rachael Cacciatore

Yoga Instructor

Rachael is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She began regularly practicing yoga in 2008 at the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute in Cambridge, MA where she became hooked on yoga, and immersed in the community working as a desk manager. She fell in love with the physically challenging practice and how it helped build strength, flexibility and peace of mind. Rachael obtained her yoga certification through Seacoast Power Yoga in February of 2016. She loves to share the practice by teaching a dynamic flow that is accessible to all levels, while taking you to your edge building stamina and incorporating breath and abdominal work.

Elyse Fairburn

Yoga Instructor

Elyse is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the International Yoga Alliance. She started practicing yoga 10 years ago to help with dance and other workouts that she did, but then after becoming addicted to the practice, she decided to obtain her teaching certification. Elyse's class will take you through a dynamic power flow suitable for all levels, but will also push you to challenge yourself, breathe, sweat, and plank it out. Her classes also have music to help you flow and to start or end your day. Aside from yoga, Elyse loves running, spinning, any HIIT or bootcamp style workout, and creating new and innovative ways to eat clean using fresh food ingredients, which she has turned into a business with her husband. She is also a crazy cat parent and supports anything that has to do with fur babies.
