What's your schedule?
  • Portsmouth: We have sessions M-F 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 11am, and 12pm; M-TH 4:30pm and 5:30pm; SAT 7am, 8am, and 9am. Most clients work with us 2-3 days per week.

  • Kingston: We have sessions M-F 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 11am, and 12pm. Most clients work with us 2-3 days per week.

Our average client age is about 50.

Our sessions are $35-49 depending on how often you want to meet with a personal trainer. Most clients work with us 2-3 days per week.

  • Step 1: Schedule a meeting with us by entering your info with any of the buttons on the website.

  • Step 2: We’ll meet in person, talk about what you are looking to work on, and see if we’re a good fit. No pressure at all if we aren’t a good fit btw. I only want you to join if I know we can help you.
